This req is needed for OBG to implement coding changes to support the SOURCE project (RFP 0A1208 Ohio UI System Transformation) that is mission critical for ODJFS. The system will provide the capability to support customers in activities as they relate to a customer/claimant account. SOURCE will provide a combined benefits and tax system that creates synergies and simplifications that will reflect back into efficiencies in business processes with a new System containing additional capabilities to monitor claimant compliance, pay accurate and timely benefits, establish employer accounts, process quarterly reports and payments, and the capacity to more quickly implement federal and state changes to the program.
Required:
. Resources must have Salesforce Developer Certification and 1-2 years of experience developing Salesforce applications
. Years of Relevant Experience: 5 to 6 years
Preferred Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study.
Role Description:
• Demonstrates expertise in conveying technical and functional concepts for a specific technical specialty.
• Identifies improvements to project standards to achieve high quality services/ products.
• Able to identify best practices and standards for the use of the product.
