Position title: Program Manager 1 ( PM1)

This is not a traditional Project Manager role. The agency has an IT Supervisor out on leave and need to add a temporary worker to assist with the below job duties. This candidate will report to the Assistant CIO and will possess the below duties and knowledge. This position is slated for approximately 6 weeks with a possibility to be extended depending on needs. Please make sure the candidate has that expectation set forth up front prior to submitting.
Duties:
Application Support reporting using Planview PPM.
Review Off/On-boarding tickets, review, take action and close
Application Support Scrum board. Triaging Application Support ticket through Service Now.
Manage Work Stoppage tickets from App Dev to Production release.
Coordinate App Scan process – Across all Application portfolios -, Schedule, review, follow up.
Customer relationship management. Scheduled meeting with the Business portfolio owners, to review portfolio changes, new procurement and potential projects.
Reports to the Assistant Chief Information Officer.

Experience managing/triaging application support tickets
Customer Relationship management
TFS/Azure Devops
PPM product knowledge a plus
