This is a six month project.
The purpose of the BA is to gather data on two major projects see below:
• Assess the project system to ensure it is meeting the needs of DSS and Finance Departments
• Assess current system requirements to ensure the project is meeting the needs of DSS and Finance Departments
• Make recommendations on how to move forward with project system
• Re-write existing requirements if necessary
• Write remaining requirements
• 7 years of experience in the analysis, documentation of business requirements - functional and non-functional
• Experience creating application prototypes and screen mock-ups
• Experience creating graphical representations of complex business processes
• 10 years’ experience in using Microsoft products; Visio, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Experience facilitating workshops for requirements gathering
• 5 years of experience managing requirements on several projects at the same time
• Experience in analyzing data elements of enterprise applications; determining how the data elements relate to each other
• 6 years’ experience with business process modeling methods and techniques
• 7 years’ experience performing gap analysis As-Is/To-Be for large applications
