Requirement Description:
The Ohio Department of Aging (ODA) is looking for an experienced and ambitious Business Analysts to join the team. As Business Analysts contractor, she or he will be the liaison between the application developers and business units. The Business Analyst is responsible for ensuring quality and that the developed solution meets the business requirements. She or he will write business requirements with business unit, prepare test plan and scripts and for application development and release.
This position will function as a highly skilled Business Analyst that include:
• Lead and participate in requirements gathering and analysis sessions with business unites to determine project requirements. Confer with users to determine functional requirements and enhancements. Present designs to stakeholders.
• Document requirements and translate into proper system requirements specifications using high-maturity methods, processes and tools.
• Develop visualization, user experience and configuration elements of solution design.
• Create Use Case diagrams and Use Case narratives.
• Review and finalize extensive functional and technical documentation.
• Proficient in testing to ensure successful execution and appropriate application of solutions.
• Develop and document application test plans and scripts based on software requirements and technical specifications
• Lead and participate in system testing and ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements prior to user acceptance testing
• Participate in defining system implementation and user-acceptance test plans
• Conducts final quality analysis on programs, reviewing accuracy of output
• Work closely with Project Sponsors and Project Managers to ensure successful project delivery

Mandatory Requirements/Time:
• 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study
• 5+ years of business analyst experience
• 3+ Years of testing or quality assurance testing experience
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
