Update from the hiring manager: "This position is being reposted because we are more in need of someone who can help guide the HR department on HR best practices for public sector, someone who can help with process and procedure changes. It will be important that this person have knowledge of HR best practices for public sector/government services as well as knowledge with the HR modules for Kronos Workforce Ready. The consultant will be needed on site for the duration of the project which is estimated at 6-9 months."
Requirements:
Public sector HR experience is required. FCCS will need this consultant to not only to help navigate the Kronos Workforce Ready implementation but help HR with processes and procedures.
