55201: Columbus, OH – IT – RSC – Technical Specialist 2/TS2

Job Classification:   TS2 (Technical Specialist) – Standard 40 hours work week for period: now to 9/30/2018 and will be able to extend based on needs.

NTE Rate: $89.91

Interview: Onsite only- local candidates highly preferred.

Will close to submissions on: Tuesday 8/7 @ 10AM
Role:   Technical Specialist (TS2) with specialized knowledge and experience in all aspects of SharePoint including structural design, migration, supporting. This position requires a background check by the staff augmentation company and submit the results to OOD.
Requirement Description: While working with minimal guidance, must be proficient in all aspects of Microsoft SharePoint.

Assist in the:
1. Migrating information/structure from SharePoint 2013 farm to a single SharePoint 2016 environment including utilizing ADFS 3.0.
2. Implementing security
3. Performing routine maintenance & backup on server and storage architecture
4. Load testing & monitoring system usage
5. Documenting and training Employees
6. Proposing changes
7. Help Desk support

Take corrective action, subject to OOD Management approval, to resolve all issues and problems encountered to ensure the infrastructure performs as required.

Interview:
During the interview process with the OOD staff, the resource consultant must demonstrate competence/experience in their specific area(s) of project assignment. The resource’s experience must also be documented for review and verification. Offered resources not showing technical or functional competence/experience will be sufficient reason to reject the Offeror’s proposal. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to pre-screen their candidates to ensure compliance.

Mandatory Requirements/Time:

1. 6+ years of verifiable experience in all aspects of SharePoint (server/enterprise) environments (i.e., 2010, 2013, 2016, etc.).
2. 6+ years of verifiable experience in Windows Server environments. 3 years of verifiable experience that includes synchronizing infrastructure support with other members of infrastructure, applications, database administration, security, and networking.
3. Experience supporting load and performance testing of applications in an n-tier environment.
