Job Title: Technical Specialist 4 (Kronos)

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Finalize the implementation of Kronos
- Create User Manuals
- Ensure the integrity of the data in the system
- Train staff
- Verify accuracy of integration with MUNIS
Mandatory Requirements:
- 5+ years of Kronos experience including Workforce Ready Central (WFC) time management software implementation and/or application support experience.
- Experience with medium large workforce use of Kronos (i.e. 500 to 1000 over 10,000 employees)
- Experience supporting Kronos for union/bargaining unit workforce
- Rolling out a new application
- User manual development
- Setting up employees
- Verifying data integrity
- Integration to MUNIS Application
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interface and resolve issues across all levels of an organization
- Writing reports
