Role:  Analyst
Position Description:

The team lead will prepare, process &/or analyze accounting records, financial statements, &/or other financial reports & data. The Team Lead manages project admin work to deliver services. The Team Lead is assigned responsibility and accountability for overseeing the successful completion of all work assigned to the project Team. The Team Lead reports to the Group Lead or Program Manager, as appropriate.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Prepare, process &/or analyze accounting records, financial statements, &/or other financial reports & data.
• Familiar and understand state of Ohio policies and procedures (ORC and OAC)
• Manage any project related administrative tasks as assigned
• Mentoring and training junior staff
• Familiar with network related trouble shooting
• Familiar with managing SharePoint sites, documents and permissions
• Supports the project staff by facilitating project logistics such as meetings, conference rooms, conference calls

Interview:
During the interview process with the DAS staff, the resource consultant must demonstrate competence/experience in their specific area(s) of project assignment. The resource’s experience must also be documented for review and verification. Offered resources not showing technical or functional competence/experience will be sufficient reason to reject the Offeror’s proposal. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to pre-screen their candidates to ensure compliance.

• Ability to collaborate with supporting resources across business and/or functional lines.
• Have excellent oral and written skills/possess strong meeting and work session facilitation skills.
• Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, the ability to manage time and resources to meet assigned deadlines.
• Have strong understanding of prioritization stemming from the elicitation of system and/or user requirements.
• Have excellent organizational skills, proven analytical, planning, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• Must be knowledgeable in the English language/speak clearly and understandably use the English language.
Mandatory Requirements/Time:

• 5 plus years of experience working with Project financial data including budget, cost workbook and amendments (CR)
• Familiar and understand state of Ohio policies and procedures (ORC and OAC)
• 5 plus years of experience Prepare, process &/or analyze accounting records, financial statements, &/or other financial reports & data
• 5 plus years of experience Site Owner role: Manage SharePoint site by creating folders and permissions
• 5 plus years of experience network trouble shooting; routers, printers, PC’s.
Education:

• Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and 5-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
