Primary Work Location: 246 North High Street, downtown Columbus; Remote- Roughly 85% remote and 15% onsite, depending on the project.

Full-time for about 2 months and then moving to part-time.

Role
The purpose of this position is to assist OAKS with operational and large-scale technology projects that require simulation development with Oracle’s User Productivity Kit (UPK) tool.

Requirement Description: 
1. Create UPK simulations for project based implementations/upgrades/enhancements and special needs related to ongoing operations.
2. Partner with OAKS State Training Lead and Agency personnel to understand requirements.

Skills and Abilities:

1. Knowledgeable of Oracle User Productivity Kit advanced features, such as template design, object modification, and library management.
2. Ability to write measurable learning objectives.
3. Understanding of ADDIE Instructional Design methodology.
4. Understanding of Blooms Taxonomy.
5. Ability to formulate training deliverables based on measurable learning objectives.
6. Must have strong communication and collaboration skills and experience.
7. Must have excellent oral and written skills, and possess strong meeting and work session facilitation skills.
8. Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, the ability to manage time and resources to meet assigned deadlines.
9. Must have excellent organizational skills, proven analytical, planning, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
10. Must be knowledgeable in the English language/speak clearly and understandably use the English language.

Mandatory Requirements/Time
1. At least 5 years of experience developing courseware using the UPK tool.
2. At least 5 years of experience as an Instructional Designer for technology systems.

Desired Skills/Time
1. Have led or worked on an IT-related project.
2. Government, higher education, or large corporation experience.

Additional Information
1. Start January 15, 2018, or sooner.
2. Full-time for about 2 months and then moving to part-time.
