Overview:
The Identity Management Engineer Contractor is a hands-on role that will provide security engineering expertise and support for Identity and Access Management project. Responsibilities include developing and implementing technical solutions for multi-factor authentication and single sign-on, identifying and defining security requirements, and preparing standard operating procedures and other related documentation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement PING Identity Management solutions for multi-factor authentication and Single Sign-on that can support all County’s agencies and offices.
- Identify and define system security requirements.
- Define, document and configure policies and procedures to comply with the County’s security framework.
- Document operations onboarding process for two- factor authentication and single sign-on
- Prepare and document standard operating procedures and support protocols.
- Perform other security related activities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

Required
- At least 3-5 years of proven work experience in PING Identity Management solution.
- Detailed technical knowledge of PING Identity Management Solution.
- Experience with network security and networking technologies and with system, security, and network monitoring tools.
- Thorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols.
- Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- BS degree in Computer Science or related field.
The Screening Process:
At least one onsite technical screening with FCDC Director of Security Engineering. This will include a technical assessment.
