Interview Interviews will need to be on-site. Team will not conduct Skype interviews
Hours Contract Length Part Time- 20 hours a week. Contract will go through 6/30/18. The 20 hours a week will need to be worked onsite. Days worked will vary Monday – Friday according to need and contractors availability.
Requirement Description:

The desired candidate should have a strong track record of working in large projects in complex environments.
Scope of Activities:
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions for the Change Leadership Team
• Information gathering, research and analysis for the stakeholder assessment
• Review all change management deliverables
• Review Communication Strategy and Plan
• Review, identify, quantify and analyze risks associated with change and design risk mitigation strategies
• Review all new business processes and procedures
• Review and refine training curriculum
• Review a comprehensive Training and Support Plan approach and detailed timeline for the following deliverables:
­ Training approach, including support strategy during process and system rollout
­ Curriculum design
­ Annotated outlines
­ Course designs
­ Comprehensive training pilot
• Coach stakeholders & business representatives through the implementation
• Provide regular status reporting
• Work with the project team to define the future state, current state and gap analysis
• Identify potential issues

Interview:
During the interview process with the DAS staff, the resource consultant must demonstrate competence/experience in their specific area(s) of project assignment. The resource’s experience must also be documented for review and verification. Offered resources not showing technical or functional competence/experience will be sufficient reason to reject the Offeror’s proposal. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to pre-screen their candidates to ensure compliance.

• Ability to collaborate with supporting resources across business and/or functional lines.
• Have excellent oral and written skills/possess strong meeting and work session facilitation skills.
• Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, the ability to manage time and resources to meet assigned deadlines.
• Have strong understanding of prioritization stemming from the elicitation of system and/or user requirements.
• Have excellent organizational skills, proven analytical, planning, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• Must be knowledgeable in the English language/speak clearly and understandably use the English language.
