Contract Length: 600 Hours

Requirement Description:
• Learn the Dept. of Taxation’s implementation of LoadRunner by reviewing the setup and existing scripts
• Modify the existing scripts to work with Agencies Oracle Public Sector Revenue Management PSRM 2.5 installation
• Work with AD Team to add scripts for any new functionality since the scripts were last run
• Run the scripts on an un-encrypted database, capture all metrics
• Run the scripts on an encrypted database, capture all metrics
• Compare metrics and make recommendations to improve the performance of the encrypted database
• Provide Knowledge transfer to staff at end of project

Interview:
During the interview process with the Department of TAX staff, the resource consultant must demonstrate competence/experience in their specific area(s) of project assignment. The resource’s experience must also be documented for review and verification. Offered resources not showing technical or functional competence/experience will be sufficient reason to reject the Offeror’s proposal. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to pre-screen their candidates to ensure compliance.

Mandatory Requirements/Time:

• Minimum 3 years of experience administering LoadRunner
• Minimum 3 years of experience writing test scripts and cases for web-based solutions.
• Experience modifying existing scripts to work in upgraded environments.
• Experience adding additional scripts to ensure software can perform within boundaries.
• Experience developing test models for performance workload distribution.
• Experience developing test plan scenarios, test scripts and outlines test environments.
• Experience in modifying and managing performance and resolving technical issues.
• Be capable of managing resources and gathering and reporting metrics.
• Capable of using LoadRunner to regularly test performance life cycles.
• Be capable of coordinating test results looking for inconsistencies and ways to improve overall companywide performance.
• Provide knowledge transfer to ODT employees.
