Title: Mobile Device Management Administrator

Estimated Length of Assignment: 3 Months *Assignment may end at any time.

Overview:

The Mobile Device Management Administrator maintains in-depth knowledge of all mobile device technologies in use and acts as an escalation point for support and implementation teams. This position is responsible for updating existing mobile device polices and creating new policies to meet organization’s mobility strategy. Areas of responsibility include developing new policies, updating existing policies, documenting and maintaining repeatable and reusable standard operating procedures and practices

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review and update existing mobile device management policies.
  • Develop new policies to meet regulatory compliance and organization’s mobility strategy.
  • Prepare and documents standard operating procedures and protocols for mobile device enrollment.
  • Provides reports and analytics of all mobility related information
  • Supports the Company’s Mobile Security Standards.
  • Works closely with Service Desk team, IT Infrastructure Teams, and IT Security to identify and resolve issues.
  • Provides supports and handles technical escalations.
  • Identify and define system security requirements.
  • Perform other security related activities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

Required

  • At least 3-5 years of proven work experience as an SME in Airwatch Mobile Device Management.
  • Detailed technical knowledge of database, application, and infrastructure security.
  • Hands on experience in security systems, including endpoint device management and anti-virus software, and data leak protection.
  • Experience with network security and networking technologies and with system, security, and network monitoring tools.
  • Thorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols.
  • Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Must be self-directed and motivated to work with a sense of urgency and drive for results
  • BS degree in Computer Science or related field.

The Screening Process:

At least one onsite technical screening with FCDC Director of Security Engineering.  This will include a technical assessment.
