Job Title: Service Desk 1
NFP Rate: $21.50
Interviews: One onsite interview.
Will close to submissions: Monday 8/14/17 at 10:00am EST

This project is expected to last six weeks. There is potential for extensions.

Requirements:
Please do not submit candidates that are not local to Columbus. Candidates that will be relocating or commuting from long distances will not be considered for this position.

• 1-3 years of experience providing first level support via telephone calls and e-mails from users having problems using computer software and hardware or inquiring how to use specific software, programming languages, electronic mail, or operating systems.
• 1-3 years installing, maintaining, configuring, upgrading, and/or administering hardware and/or software independently in workstation support.
• 1-3 years providing Tier I-II level customer support.
• Use of IT Management Systems to create, log and assign tickets.
• 1-3 years of experience ascertaining the nature of problems, issues and escalate problems in accordance with defined procedures.
• Experience providing accurate and complete answers to general use and administrative environment questions in a timely manner.
• Knowledge of Telecom environment including iPhones, iPads, VOIP, Skype for Business.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills; both written and spoken.
