Short Description on what they will be working on, objectives, and tasks/deliverables:
OFCC is seeking a lead individual that can augment our Agile team with a primary skill set of an Agile Business Analyst / Mentor/Coach. The ideal candidate will also be able to assist OFCC in mentoring / coaching our existing Scrum Master.
Tasking Break Down:

Skills Needed:
Business Analyst (Coaching / Mentoring)
-Ensure effective implementation of Business Analyst agile guideline &/or process
-Coach the necessary technical &/or non-technical professionals regarding Agile roles, routines and responsibilities resulting in a more thorough understanding of Scrum/Kanban and a faster start up time to developing software.
-Document, coach, and elicit business requirements from subject matter experts by writing user stories resulting in a clearer, more detailed and more complete understanding of project deliverables.
-Orchestrate backlog grooming, creating epics and user stories
-Identify and remove obstacles that will keep the team from achieving their goals
Relevant Experience:
8-10 Years of Experience needed in the following:
Requirements & Agile Practices
-Create User Stories from soliciting functional requirements from Product Owner
-Groom Sprint Backlog and managed User stories
-Participate in the development and grooming of Project Backlog Stories (Requirements) with business and technology staff members.
-Lead daily stand-up meetings
-Function as the bridge between functional business units and IT
-Participate &/or lead Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Testing, Retrospectives and Sprint Reviews
-Facilitate "three amigos" work sessions between developers, product owners and business analysts.
-Guide the development teams to break down large and complex user stories into simplified versions for execution
-Coordinate project initiatives with software developers, stakeholders, project managers and software testers
Testing:
Test the user stories for accuracy and compliance to ensure acceptance and validation of functionality to be delivered.
Agile Tool (VersionOne Prefered but other Agile Tool Okay):
-Configure and administer VersionOne as the team's Agile management tool
-Provide VersionOne training to the software development team and business stakeholders.
-Assist in entering and updating Issues (Epics, Stories, and Tasks) into VersionOne.
