Responsibilities:
Review technical design documents to the ensure solutions correctly leverage the technology stack
Conduct design reviews to ensure the design addresses the corresponding functional design
Ensure design adheres to defined SOA principles and architecture standards
Conduct code reviews to ensure the code meets the defined coding standards

During the interview process with the DAS staff, the resource consultant must demonstrate competence/experience in their specific area(s) of project assignment. The resource’s experience must also be documented for review and verification. Offered resources not showing technical or functional competence/experience will be sufficient reason to reject the Offeror’s proposal. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to pre-screen their candidates to ensure compliance.

Mandatory Requirements/Time:
Minimum 3 years of experience developing J2EE web-based solutions
Strong hands on experience with J2EE and Spring framework
Strong understanding of Object Oriented principles
Experience designing solution based on SOA principles & architecture
Experience building services using SOAP, REST & POX (plain old XML)
Hands on experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware including Oracle SOA, Oracle OSB, Oracle Portal, Oracle Policy Automation
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and problem solving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong understanding of software development life cycle
Desired Skills/Time:
HHS Health and Human Services) – Medicaid, SNAP, TANF experience
Experience using SDLC tools; RRC(Rational Requirements Composure), RTC (Rational Team Concert) & RQM (Rational Quality Manager)
