Requirement Description:
Act as State side Project Manager for enterprise Identity and Portal project in partnership with Program Manager. This is a Portal and Enterprise Identity Project to create and rollout a new enterprise Identity and Portal service platforms. This positon will represent the State side on a day to day and via a matrix track down State requirements
Work with System Integrator to maintain current project management resources such as plans, critical path, issues, risks, and status reporting.
Own daily tracking of State project dependencies and requirements for project. Work with various internal and external teams to fulfill requirements that State owes system Integrator.
Work with Program Manager, Business Executive, and System integrator as needed.
Take direction from Program Manager and Business Owner
Evaluate Project Risks and work to reduce exposure to risk and issues that might cause delay or other undesired impact to project streams and outcomes.
Gain a good understanding of solutions being delivered by project
Develop communications for various levels of the State organization
Maintain understanding of the System Integrators contract and deliverables to enable identifying and escalation of potential contractual issues

Mandatory Requirements/Time:
5 plus years of experience progressively responsible running large (multi-million dollar) enterprise software delivery projects delivered by large to mid-sized system integrators
5 plus years of experience with Web based enterprise applications
5 plus years of experience in developing technical documentation and PowerPoint presentations
5 plus years of experience in developing project plans and project tracking assets
Desired Skills/Time:
4 year college degree or equivalent technical study
Previously worked as Project Manager at large software system integrator
