The Vital Statistics Hospital Dashboard was established in early 2014 to allow hospital personnel the ability to evaluate certain birth related variables. For example, they can evaluate their own facility on how often they report a child's birth weight as unknown or how often certain variables are out of the valid range. The initial indicators were established based on NCHS reports and OPQC priorities. Upon a statistical review of 2015 data it has been determined that the indicators need updated and that it would be helpful if the reports could be saved and printed.

This project will include the following work:

• Remove 6 indicators from SSRS reports
• Add 10 new indicators to SSRS reports from the IPHIS data system
• Resolve current printing issues and ensure date ranges are included on the reports
• Review and enhance the process to retrieve current Hospital names
• Demonstrate an upgrade path to SQL Server 2014 and SQL Server 2016
• Update system documentation and User Guides
