Relevant Experience Mandatory:

  • At least 5 years of managing multiple complex systems experience.
  • At least 5 Years Demonstrated leadership of multidiscipline, high-performance work teams/groups; and
  • At least 5 Years Demonstrated high competency in execution of multiple large projects
  • At least 5 years of experience of working in a program management office (PMO) using project and portfolio management tools;
  • At least 5 Years of experience in IT, with at least three years in Deployment, Maintenance and Operations Project Management;
  • Candidate should have a combination of strong communication/facilitation skills with conceptualization/design skills.
  • In-depth experience in managing/operating information solutions;
  • Candidate should have a combination of strong communication/facilitation skills with conceptualization/design skills;
  • Strong applied knowledge of software development efforts through implementation including good design, documentation and supportability practices;

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of software implementation methodologies such as SDLC, Agile, etc.;
  • General knowledge of application architecture and data modeling;
  • Knowledge of interfacing with various applications, management information systems, data structures, systems analysis and design, and programming languages;
  • Ability to design, implement and modify systems;
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Verbal and written communication skills;
  • Interpersonal/human relations skills;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field;
Role Description
  • Support end-to-end operations management of the project deployment/operations/Maintenance and Operations by engaging all key stakeholders (business, IT organization, sourcing partners, etc.);
  • Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO), Business Organizational Change Management, Functional Teams, and Technical Teams;
  • Communicates objectives and concepts internally and externally;
  • Champions awareness and acceptance of the IT Change Management [ITCM] process among IT senior management;
  • Develops continuous improvement measurements for the ITCM process, including CSFs, KPIs and associated metrics;
  • Lead, Develop IT project customer satisfaction surveys;
  • Develop IT Maintenance & Operations CM Framework and plan;
  • Support:
  • Technical performance monitoring of application
  • Production problem management (that is, on-call duty and problem analysis, prioritization and resolution)
  • Routine upgrades and maintenance requests
  • Release management
  • Environmental upgrades
  • Application change management
  • Plan and conduct Agency Transition Workshops.
  • Identify resistance and performance gaps, and work to develop and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead and support the planning and execution of the communication strategy, training strategy, and agency readiness activities.
  • Ensure that leading practice OCM standards are recommended and implemented
