This position will be a 6 month duration - expected to end December 2016.
Responsibilities:
The Help Desk Analyst (HDA) will assist the current Infrastructure Section for a duration of 6 months.
Requirements:
2+ years of professional experience working with computers and electronics in a Help Desk/Support role
2+ years of professional experience troubleshooting and supporting Windows 7
2+ Desktop Support with the ability to image laptops and desktops using SCCM
2+ years of printer troubleshooting and support
2+ years working with helpdesk ticketing systems
2+ years PC imaging
Knowledge of equipment salvage process.
