DODD is currently seeking a testing professional with experience in testing using Microsoft Visual Studio (VSTS) and Team Foundation Server (TFS). The selected candidate will be well versed in using testing tools in VSTS 2013 and more importantly VSTS 2015. The focus for this position is on automated testing. We do expect the selected candidate will be well versed in both automated and manual testing. The selected candidate will possess an application development background so that they can interact in the code space to facilitate unit, integration and regression testing. Experience in the TFS arena to support continuous integration build processes is also desirable.
Requirements include:
5+ years of experience in testing using Microsoft Visual Studio (VSTS) and Team Foundation Server (TFS).
5+ years experience using the Microsoft Test Manager (MTM)
• Recording actions, screenshots, Intellitrace logs and other diagnostic data.
• Development of test plans
• Editing test plans and running tests.
5+ experience with testing methodologies and testing techniques including requirements and exploratory testing using manual and automated mechanisms.
5+ years of hands-on testing experience at the developer level to include:
• Experience developing unit tests
• Unit testing concepts and best practices
• Integration Testing concepts and best practices.
• Linking unit tests to test cases
• Automated testing of linked unit cases including knowledge of running tests from multiple machines
• Unit test plugins
• Microsoft Fakes and other mocking tools
• In the Microsoft Dynamics CRM space knowledge of the xRM Test Framework
• In the Microsoft Dynamics CRM space test custom workflow activities
• Integration and regression testing as part of builds
