DOH is looking for TWO Programmer 2 to fulfill a 1000 hour assignment/approx. 9 month. There is a small potential for the project to extend beyond the initial 1000 hours. Candidates will be working on an Accounts Receivable Project.

For the Account Receivable Project, the following enhancements are needed to address the revenue data loss as well as automate some DOH processes to align the unit with its strategic initiatives:
• Addition of an audit system
• Addition of multi-level user access rights to mitigate the risk of erroneous deletions
• Applying revenue codes to an effective/end date to eliminate mismatched coding between AR.net and OAKS and maintain clean historical data
• Addition of workflow to accelerate service delivery
• Resolve the penalty voucher notification defects in the Receivable module of AR.net
• Resolve the Receivable module’s other defects
• Create a flat file to interface the Accounts Receivable Revenue module with OAKS
• Create a revenue upload file for the Federal Draw module
