The candidate will manage the Business intelligence implementation of the Ohio Department of Transportation's OAKSenterprise program.
The BI Program Manager's primary responsibility will be to drive the entire Business intelligence (BI) effort from start to finish including coordinating the activities with system stakeholders and the implementation contractor. The selected Program Manager will ensure that the program is completed on schedule and that the final product meets the business, technical, quality, and contractual requirements.

40% of Total Work Effort: Using IBM Cognos and/or BI tools to complete the BI effort of OAKSenterprise implementation
40% of Total Work Effort: Candidate will be managing the Business Intelligence implementation for ODOT (proven work experience with other BI-related projects in a federated environment)
20% of Total Work Effort: Will be working with PMO and other teams on implementation effort (must have proven work experience using Microsoft Office, Project, and Visio

Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study. Technical Skills: REQUIRED: At least 8 years’ Business Intelligence experience including within the public sector At least 6 years’ experience with IBM Cognos and/or other BI tools At least 4 years’ experience managing multiple complex projects in a federated environment with:
