Length: 152 hours each thru end of June 2016 with planned extensions through December 2017
Interview Process: Preference is local and onsite, but will do initial phone screens. Then, would need to meet the candidates face to face.
Position will close to new submissions on: 5/24/16 at 3:00 PM

Job description: These positions will be part of a larger data conversion team that is responsible for extracting, manipulating and converting customer data from the legacy eLicensing system (CAVU) and preparing it to be loaded into the Salesforce eLicense system.

Job Duties:
• Create detailed mapping between legacy and new system data elements,
• Contact customers to verify business rules and/or clarify data analysis,
• Identify problems and make recommendations on how to overcome any issue,
• Perform data verification,
• Ensure that data is migrated accurately,
• Develop and run conversion programs and scripts,
• Develop and modify SQL queries,
• Documentation,
• Provide post conversion support to answer questions and address problems if they arise,
• Develop standardized procedures for common conversion routines to increase efficiencies,
• Develop/maintain utility programs/scripts to automate common pre/post conversion tasks.

Skills/Qualifications:
• Previous experience with professional licensing system, enforcement, and/or complaint management a plus,
• 8-10 years of experience in large and complex enterprise data conversion projects - 5 million plus records,
• 8-10 years of programming concepts and skills,
• 8-10 years of experience writing, modifying and executing SQL queries,
• Experience with Active Server Pages (ASP),
• 3-4 years of experience with SQL Server 2008 R2,
• 3-4 years of experience with Salesforce, Data Loader, Jitterbit a plus,
• 8-10 years analyzing Information, Problem Solving, Attention to Detail, Software Design, Software Debugging, Software Development Fundamentals,
• Strong oral and written communication skills,
