Background

imagineIS is a system-wide transformation for the Ohio developmental disability system that was initiated with the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities, 18 county boards of developmental disabilities, Mid East Ohio Regional Council and countless individuals and partners. Recently additional counties have expressed interest in the imagineIS. imagineIS is a system that supports a persons centered approach for serving individuals with developmental disabilities

DODD is seeking individuals to perform the Planning, Training, Implementation and Post Training support for the purposes of supporting the adoption of the imagineIS system across Ohio’s counties. Artifacts have been created to support these activities. Individuals selected for this engagement will utilize these artifacts to perform the activities noted above. These artifacts are available for review on the DODD website and are located at:

http://dodd.ohio.gov/ImagineIS/Pages/default.aspx - Vendors should review the artifacts in order to better understand the training focus the consultants will perform for imagine counties. Particularly on this page you will find a tab labeled “COUNTY TRAINING”. Items under this tab call out the various personas (e.g. finance manager, etc) and the associated knowledge to be delivered/trained to those groups. Consultants must learn and know these in and out in order to train the various entities.
