Job Title: Programmer 4 / PR4

This is a six month project, scheduled to start on July 1st and end on December 30th.

ODRC expects the emerging senior developer to be extremely well rounded in programming languages with the main knowledge skills in Microsoft C#, .NET Framework 1.1 to current version, ASP.NET languages, WIN-Forms development, MS SQL Developer and experience in Enterprise Data Modeling. Serve as technical adviser to management and provide programming perspective on requirements. An emerging senior developer is responsible for planning, processing and performing all jobs in an efficient manner with little supervision to complete all tasks.

Experience with C# Required 8 Years
Experience with .Net 1.1 to 4.0, ASP.net Required 8 Years
Experience with SQL procedures, functions tables views, etc Required 8 Years
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2000 to 2012 Required 8 Years
Experience with MS Visio or any flow diagram tool Desired 3 Years
Experience with Version control tools, ODRC uses TFS Highly Desired 3 Years
Experience with other programming languages such as JAVA and JQuery Highly Desired 3 Years
Experience with the programming language of JQuery Mobile Highly Desired 1 Year
Experience with Knockout Library web framework Highly Desired 1 Year
Experience with the front-end framework Bootstrap tools Highly Desired 1 Year
Experience creating test documentation and performing System Tests Required 8 Years
Experience with creating technical documentation with application functionality and test methods Required 8 Years
Experience with DotNetNuke (DNN) web content management system Highly Desired 1 Year
Test systems, i.e. user-acceptance testing, white box testing, black box testing, defect tracking to identify changes Highly Desired 8 Years
Work experience in creating and coordinating technical, functional and business requirements for processes, projects and procedures Highly Desired 8 Years
Utilize software development life cycle methodologies to execute projects according to specifications Highly Desired 8 Years
Experience analyzing user needs & existing functions to determine business requirements, screen & interface design, use cases Highly Desired 8 Years

Key Skills:
Development Skills: Solutions design, Project technical planning, (Edits or creates for recommendation and approval Enterprise or IT artifacts, including, but not limited to, policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and best practices), Analysis and design, Communication, Testing and implementation, Recommends software reusability guidelines, Plans and conducts formal mentorship activities for peers and/or lower-level staff via verbal instruction or technical documentation.
Development Tools: C#, .NET1.1 to 4.0, ASP, Java Script and Active X controls, familiar with other language tools.
Database: Microsoft SQL Server
Diagramming Tools: MS Visio or any flow diagram tools (optional)
Version Control: ODRC uses TFS for version control for source code and Documents, any products ok.
Testing: Perform System Test and Create Test Documentation
Documentation: Create Technical documentation with application functionality and test methods, various flow diagrams (Business/Functional)
