The FIN Quality Assurance Specialist (QAS) will be working on behalf of the State on a complex, multi-year engagement. The selected QAS will be working with the business and configuration teams to ensure that the requirements formally documented on the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) are delivered as documented. The candidate will be supporting The Ohio Department of Transportation’s OAKSenterprise project.
Onsite interviews are REQUIRED. Do not submit candidates unavailable to interview in-person, onsite with Client Managers. Interviews will be scheduled through Abby only. LOCAL candidates are preferred. Utilize the bid comment if a candidate doesn't appear to be local/available to interview onsite during work hours.
7 plus years software development, testing and project management.
4 plus years of PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) experience (required, candidates that do not meet or exceed will not be considered)
2 plus years of Taleo experience
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
• Detailed understanding of processes which support the software development lifecycle.
• Experience identifying and resolving issues with software quality.
• Experience with Team Foundation Server, Test Manager and/ or other quality tools.
• Experience developing test cases.
• Management of test strategies for large projects.
• Coordination and procurement of the required skills and techniques required.
• Analytical and detail oriented.
• Must have strong communication skills; both written and spoken.
• Must have ability to work in a team environment.
