Job Title: Programmer 3 - PR3 - (Programmer Analyst)

This position has potential to be long-term. Preference will be given to candidates who are available and interested in long-term assignments.

Job Description:
Under direction of the Data Systems Manager design, code, test and debug programs using programming languages including SQL, VB .NET, C#. NET, HTML, XML, CSS, JQuery and JavaScript. Maintain working knowledge of Visual Studio.NET, and SQL Server, namely SSIS and Reporting Services. Mentor and provide guidance to lower level developers in the areas of software development, data collection and information retrieval. Provide support and troubleshooting for Sharepoint.

Maintains understanding of current and proposed eligibility and reporting requirements and how they are processed through automated systems. Participate in the design, installation and testing of complex computer systems. Assist in the coordination and development of all phases of software development life cycle. Provides communication on status of input and output reports.

Requirements:

Must be have a combination of experience in the following areas: Visual Studio: VB .NET, C# development, HTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScript (specifically jQuery), SQL Server 2008 R2/2012, SSIS, SSRS, OnBase 15

Candidate should be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team-player and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills.

Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Knowledge of: electronic data processing (computer programming); ability to: deal with variety of variables in somewhat unfamiliar context, interpret variety of instructions in written, oral, picture, schedule form, deal with non-verbal symbols in formulas, equations, or graphs, calculate fractions, decimals & percentages, understand manuals & verbal instructions, technical in nature, use proper research methods in gathering data, cooperate with coworkers on group projects
