- Conduct design reviews to ensure the design addresses the corresponding functional design
- Ensure design adheres to defined SOA principles and architecture standards
- Conduct code reviews to ensure the code meets the defined coding standards

During the interview process with the Ohio Benefits staff, the resource consultant must demonstrate competence/experience in their specific area(s) of project assignment. The resource’s experience must also be documented for review and verification. Offered resources not showing technical or functional competence/experience will be sufficient reason to reject the Offeror’s proposal. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to pre-screen their candidates to ensure compliance.

Mandatory Requirements/Time |
- Minimum 3 years of experience developing J2EE web-based solutions
- Strong hands on experience with J2EE and Spring framework
- Strong understanding of Object Oriented principles
- Experience designing solution based on SOA principles & architecture
- Experience building services using SOAP, REST & POX (plain old XML)
- Hands on experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware including Oracle SOA, Oracle OSB, Oracle Portal, Oracle Policy Automation is preferred
- Experience using SDLC tools; RRC(Rational Requirements Composure), RTC (Rational Team Concert) & RQM (Rational Quality Manager) is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle
