Requirement

Description

  1.  Review technical design documents to the ensure solutions correctly leverage the technology stack
  2.  Conduct design reviews to ensure the design addresses the corresponding functional design
  3.   Ensure design adheres to defined SOA principles and architecture standards
  4.   Conduct code reviews to ensure the code meets the defined coding standards
This is canned statement with hours, background check and interview date/time During the interview process with the Ohio Benefits staff, the resource consultant must demonstrate competence/experience in their specific area(s) of project assignment. The resource’s experience must also be documented for review and verification. Offered resources not showing technical or functional competence/experience will be sufficient reason to reject the Offeror’s proposal. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to pre-screen their candidates to ensure compliance.

Mandatory Requirements/Time
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience developing J2EE web-based solutions
  2. Strong hands on experience with J2EE and Spring framework
  3. Strong understanding of Object Oriented principles
  4. Experience designing solution based on SOA principles & architecture
  5. Experience building services using SOAP, REST & POX (plain old XML)
  6. Hands on experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware including Oracle SOA, Oracle OSB, Oracle Portal, Oracle Policy Automation is preferred
  7. Experience using SDLC tools; RRC(Rational Requirements Composure), RTC (Rational Team Concert) & RQM (Rational Quality Manager) is preferred
  8. Excellent interpersonal skills
  9. Strong organizational and problem solving abilities
  10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  11. Strong understanding of software development life cycle
