Job Title: Help Desk Analyst 1 / HDA1

Requirements:
• Great customer service skills are required for this position.
• 1+ years of experience supporting data networks
• 1+ years of experience troubleshooting video network issues, facilitating videoconferences and support to external video users.
• 1+ years of professional experience in a customer service-related role, providing phone and video support for users with varying levels of technical expertise.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as a contact for level 1 support via phone, chat, and email.
• Provide technical assistance, support, and advice to end users for data/video networks
• Investigate and resolve problems with data networks
• Weekly scheduling of updates and monthly usage reports
• Facilitate daily videoconferences and provide end user support for internal and external video users
• Update and maintain video schedules
• Maintain strict confidentiality of healthcare appointments, hearings, meetings, etc.
