- Job Responsibilities:
- Work with the DAS test manager to assist in developing UAT test strategy, capacity plan and test plan
- Participate in test scripting and test execution tasks to support project needs
- Conduct review of release requirements and develop test scenarios to adequately test system requirements and regression test
- Work closely with DAS test manager, UAT lead, system test lead and relevant stakeholders, including state and county subject matter experts, users, and executive teams to elicit requirements
- Liaison with application development system test lead to facilitate resolution of defects and questions
- Produce work products that reflect and ensure test strategy and test plans are in line with project needs
- Involve in peer reviews of test scripts
- Strong knowledge and hands on experience of software test management tools (preferably Rational Quality Manager)
- Produce and assist in creation of daily test status reports
- Understand and adhere to project timelines and priorities
- Work with blended teams of State and vendor resources

- Experience with Rational tools
- What skills and experience are mandatory?
- Experience working on multiple Integrated Eligibility System (IES) project
- Experience working on Medicaid and Snap/Tanf systems
- Hands on testing experience
- Knowledge of SDLC and Defect life cycle
- Experience leading and working in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience and Education
- Overall 7 plus years’ experience as tester/test lead
- 4 year college degree or equivalent
