Top qualifications:
• 5 yrs. exp. in project management (i.e., management & development of project/program requirements, design, development, testing/pilot, training & full scale implementation), with experience to be commensurate with project/program &/or position description on file ( e.g., specific human service program area, management information sciences, fiscal);
• 12 mos. exp. in budgeting & calculating cost projections of program/projects.
• BWC needs a Program Manager experienced with managing multiple projects. BWC will be managing many large initiatives and needs an experienced PM to assist in the implementation of these projects. The PM will be responsible for managing a project from initiation to closing. The projects will include working with business leads, sponsor, IT management, PMO management, and project teams.
• The PM must possess knowledge in project management for guiding the projects from initiation to closing. This would include creating project plans and reporting out to governance.
