Bid/Resume Submission Requirements
All resumes should be saved as candidate’s first name and last name only (ex. Jane Smith).
Do not use all capital letters.
Do not include commas or other punctuation in the file name.
Do not include any other words in the file name.
Submit resumes as Word documents, not PDF.
With the exception of the candidate’s name, city and state, and LinkedIn profile, do not include candidate contact information on the resume.
The candidate’s location must be clear on the resume.
Do not include company letterhead or company logos on the resume.
