Job description:
BWC is in need for a dedicated resource with the AV skills to be the point person for planning, orchestrating, administer Virtual events. This resource will not only co-ordinate the event, should also understands agency environment, technical tools, platforms for hosting virtual events.
This individual will be responsible for /or:
• have experience with standard desktop/corporate conferencing applications (i.e. WebEx, Microsoft Teams, Polycom, etc.)
• Provisioning Cisco phones and Jabber soft phones
• Setting up Polycom video conferences
o Includes support during the conferences
o Includes configuring and installation of new Polycom Trio and Medialign devices
• the production and delivery of internal conferences and events conducted in a virtual environment
• pre-production, content management, and timelines for virtual events
• ensuring appropriate AV equipment and virtual web platform technology is used to facilitate events
• day-to-day organization and execution of virtual events
• gathering technical requirements based upon information from event organizers
• working with additional AV and IT professionals to successfully execute the event
• post-event metrics (reporting/recordings)
• postproduction editing
• video with slides, video playback, polling, and interactive Q&A
