The HHS Maintenance & Operations Lead will be responsible for supporting and leading the development of standardized processes for the Production maintenance and Operations of Ohio Benefits. Must have experience working in this capacity with Medicaid, SNAP, TANF/Child Care programs. Must possess a good understanding of Medicaid, SNAP, TANF/Child Care programs policies. Serve as a liaison with other State departments and agencies to ensure that there are minimal unplanned Production outages.
The HHS Maintenance & Operations Lead will support and work closely with the Ohio Benefits Project team to:
• Develop/Maintain process to monitor Production incidents and ensure closure of Application defects
• Develop/maintain Operations Run book
• Establish and update the Change Approval Board (CAB) to review and approve changes prior to those being introduced in Production
• Develop Communications plan to keep business stakeholders informed
• Develop/maintain processes to monitor Production access control
• Status Reporting of Production Operations activities to Project leadership
• Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Leads and directs the work of others
