The Senior Applications Development Lead will provide leadership, analysis and design skills related to the development of Ohio Benefits related enterprise applications. Must have experience working closely with Medicaid, SNAP, TANF/Child Care programs. Have a good understanding of Medicaid, SNAP, TANF/Child Care programs policies.
In this role, the Senior HHS Applications Development Lead will work closely with the Project team and stakeholders to do the following:
• Review technical design documents to the ensure solutions correctly leverage the technology stack
• Conduct design reviews to ensure the design comprehensively addresses the corresponding functional design
• Ensure design adheres to defined SOA principles and architecture standards
• Conduct code reviews to ensure the code meets the defined coding standards
• Mentor/lead development teams including resolving technical/functional design issues
