Will close to submissions, on 1/29 at 10am EST
• Answer phones / create tickets / triage tickets
• Close tickets for other help desk personnel
• Password resets for BOE portal (Azure cloud accounts), local AD accounts, Knowbe4 accounts.
• General account management - create / remove accounts in Azure AD, Knowbe4, BOE email accounts - Azure cloud only.
The ability to obtain a national security clearance is also a requirement.
