RPA Technical Specialist 4
The Department of Developmental Disabilities is implementing UiPath to enable Robotic Process Automaton (RPA) for various areas and is need of one (1) Technical Specialist to assist in configuring the architecture to support development and production. This effort will establish standards, processes and procedures for maintaining RPA solutions. Work will comprise server installation, establishing standards, training DODD staff, working with staff and business users to identify where automation can be applied and subsequent implementation. Individuals presented for this work must have demonstrated experience implementing RPA solutions and experience with UiPath.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and drive implementation of RPA that is in alignment with business needs to reduce manual processes;
- Provide technical support and develop standards and migration procedures;
- Establish monitoring and metrics reporting and analytics on RPA processes;
- Gather requirements and translate manual operations into UiPath;
- Develop quality controls to insure that the RPA process is working as expected;
- Conduct testing of the RPA processes;
- Establish best practices and standards for using RPA;
- Assess RPA needs working with business units and develop strategy for best course of action and overall design of the RPA implementation;
- Conduct learning sessions for DODD on the use of RPA.
Skills and Credentials:
- Experience developing RPA solutions using UiPath for large organizations;
- Ability to present and communicate both business and technical concepts;
- Experience leading efforts to create technology solutions and architectures using RPA technology;
- Demonstrated experience in analytical and conceptual skills developing strategy for RPA solutions for a variety of projects;
- Seven years of Information Technology experience in project management and development roles;
- Five (5)+ years leading projects and/or working with RPA technology;
- Three (3) + years leading and/or performing quality assurance using UiPath;
- Three (3)+ years with Azure and Microsoft LUIS;
- Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments.
