Onsite interviews are REQUIRED. Do not submit candidates unavailable to interview in-person, onsite with Client Managers. LOCAL candidates are preferred. Utilize the bid comment if a candidate doesn't appear to be local/available to interview onsite during work hours.
This project is expected to last 90-180 days. Extensions are unlikely.
Mandatory:
• Previous experience upgrading Oracle 12c RAC clusters to Oracle 18c in an AIX environment.
• Must write comprehensive and understandable DBA procedures and standards to document the upgrade process
• Project management skills that include but not limited to clearly defining an upgrade strategy, resource requirements, timeline. Coordinate tasks with other groups (DAS AIX System administrators, users, Application Developers, etc.)
• Experience with performance benchmarking and remediation
• Previous experience with configuring TDE, ASM, OEM and Recovery Manager Catalog with TSM
• Experience architecting a PDB schema and implementation strategy
• Communicate effectively using written technical communications and in oral interactions with project stakeholders
