Job Title: Server Migration Specialist
NFP Rate: $55.50

Six month project.
Consultant will be responsible for assessing the configurations of FCJFS' current servers. When the new servers arrive, consultant will plan and implement the moving of data from the current servers (18 physical and 20 virtual) to the new servers (6 physical and the remaining virtual) at two different locations. There will be core pillars for IT resilience using Zerto (Zerto will provide training). The servers are HP servers.
Requirements:
Qualified candidates will have proven work experience performing the responsibilities listed above. Please ensure all relevant experience is clearly and thoroughly explained on candidate's resume.
1. Upgrade/replace/consolidate 38 servers (18 physical and 20 virtual) utilizing HyperV or VMWare depending upon cost of VMWare
2. Upgrade all servers that will be retained to Server 2019 from 2008 R2 or 2012
3. Configure new VM’s and create template for future creation of future VM servers
4. Upgrade domain controllers and upgrade our functional level of our domain (currently at functional level 2003)
5. Upgrade SQL Server and SQL databases from 2008 R2 to 2019
6. Upgrade or decommission failover cluster
7. Upgrade backup environment
