MUST be available to test onsite: (Tuesday 10/1 @ 9:00 AM @ JFS ) . A maximum of 10 candidates will be sent to the Client Manager and scheduled for technical screenings. Dependent upon test scores, candidates will be immediately interviewed face-to-face by Client Managers for 20-30 minutes. Interviews should conclude at or before 1pm. DO NOT SUBMIT candidates unavailable to commit to the testing date/time as the site is reserved for this date.
TOP Candidates forwarded to the Manager must be available for an on-site computer based skills test that will take 70mins followed by a 20-30 min F2F interview for those with the highest score. If selected for testing- we will send location and details on 9/27

Salesforce Senior Developer
- Work with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, translating those requirements in to customized solutions using the Salesforce platform.
- Implement Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices. Typical Salesforce implementations include custom platform development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components), integrations with back office systems (often through the use of middleware tools) and complex code and data migrations. Experience in these aspects of a Salesforce project is a must.
- Lead development workstreams, from design through testing and deployment, often working with other team members.
- With project leadership, assist in the estimation of work effort, determination of required resources, and set a realistic schedule for development.
- Maintain effective client relations and rapport - delivering timely and relevant information with the ability to quickly identify and report project risks.
- Post-delivery - assists client teams in supporting the live application and perform handoff and knowledge transfer activities, positioning our clients for long term success.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 24 months experience understanding of Salesforce Security configuration and user management.
- Minimum of 12 months experience with web application development including JavaScript, CSS, and HTML5.
- Minimum of 24 months Lightning Component development experience.
- Minimum of 36 months experience with Salesforce platform programming languages – Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Component framework.
- Experience with Webservice/API, SOAP, REST.
- Experience developing for Salesforce Community Portals
- Experience building Salesforce mobile apps preferable using Mobile SDK.
- Minimum of 6 months experience with Lightning Design System framework.
- Minimum of 36 months exposure with Salesforce Declarative and custom coding using Apex
- Minimum of 36 months experience with declarative Force.com development tools such as Process Builder, Visual Workflow, Lightning App Builder, etc.
- Good understanding of Salesforce Release management process.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Preferred Skills:
- Experience developing mobile apps using Salesforce Mobile SDK on ios and android.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and be creative within a team
Preferred Credentials:
- Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification
- Salesforce Lightning Component Framework Specialist (Trailhead Super Badge)
