Job Description:
Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities has a need for a Project Manager 2. This engagement will be focused on ensuring that our project schedule and application modernization efforts are completed timely for all of our applications. The candidate will work with the Division of Information Technology for all development projects from start to finish.
The position requires expertise and understanding of project management and business analysis practices. The consultant will work with our IT teams to:
- Work with management to Manage IT Development Projects
- Collaborate with all IT (Network, Application Development, Database, Help Desk) technical teams to ensure proper planning and execution of projects
- Strong background in:
- Project Management including:
- Initiation – Proposal, Scope, Responsibility, Charter, etc.
- Planning – Work Breakdown, Risk management, Test plan, etc.
- Execution – Resourcing and Deliverable Completion
- Monitoring – Measuring Project Activities and Change Control
- Closure – Lessons Learned and Project Signoff
- Business Analysis including:
- Requirements Analysis
- Requirements Documentation
- Project Management including:
- Desired background in:
- PMP Certification
- Microsoft Office 365
- Groups/ SharePoint Online
- Planner
- Teams
- Microsoft Development Management Tools
- DevOps
- Team Foundation Server
- Visual Studio
