Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities is in need of a Technical Specialist 4.   This engagement will be focused on ensuring that our project schedule and efforts to move us toward State of Ohio IT Optimization solutions and industry standard cloud implementations are completed timely for all of our applications.  The candidate will work with the OOD Division of Information Technology and the  State of Ohio Office of Information Technology (OIT) teams specifically on:  Microsoft solution development in Office 365/ Power Platform technologies such as: SharePoint Online, Flow, PowerApps, and PowerBI.

The position requires expertise and understanding of Microsoft Cloud solutions with a focus in Office 365 and Power Platform technology. The engineer/consultant will work with our IT teams to:

• Architect modern best practice cloud designs
• Collaborate with all IT (Network, Application Development, Database, Help Desk) technical teams to ensure proper integration of the environments
• Collaborate with State of Ohio OIT teams to ensure timely adoption and migration successes
• Strong background in:
  •  Office 365 including:
    • Forms
    • Groups
    • OneDrive
    • SharePoint Online
    • Skype for Business/Online
    • Teams
  • Microsoft Power Platform
    • Flow
    • PowerApps
    • PowerBI
  • Database Platforms and Data Management: SQL Server
  • Development Management Platforms: Visual Studio and TFS
• Desired background in:
  • Authentication/Federation/Authorization methodologies in relation to the Microsoft Cloud: SSO, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, ADFS, Multi-factor,
  • Conversion from Nintex Forms/Workflow, PerformancePoint Services
