This position will be responsible for supporting two payment innovation population health programs, Episodes of Care (EOC) and Ohio Comprehensive Primary Care (CPC). Responsibilities for this program include:
• Support core PMO duties for two population health/payment innovation programs.
• Facilitate and Drive Status/Workgroup Meetings, agenda creation and action/task management, development of meeting materials.
• Support preparation and facilitation of ODM executive level meetings.
• Support external communications needs across stakeholder groups including but not limited to internal ODM staff, partner agencies, associations, providers and other external stakeholder groups.
• Perform program related research for population health and innovation programs.
• Support ODM in Quality Assurance/Quality Control of reporting materials distributed to providers.
• Will need to be 100% dedicated to the Payment Innovation team and EOC and CPC project.
Core Skill Sets:
• Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
• Good prioritization skills, to balance key priorities.
• Strong analysis and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with program co-ordination/administration.
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills

At least 8 years experience in the following:
• Managing or Coordinating population health projects to completion
• Conducting policy research on population health initiatives
• Collaborating on population health programs that are provider facing (experience with programs where providers are main stakeholder, anticipating provider needs to be successful in the program).
• Conducting quality assurance/quality control on stakeholder facing reporting materials
• Establishing and/or collecting Business requirements for technical solutions to support population health programs.

Desired skillset:
• Experience either implementing or participating in an Alternative Payment Model (APMs)
