Role:  CADD/GIS Administrator 2 (CGA2). The CGA2 is requested from August 19, 2019 to June 30, 2020 (1816 hours)

Requirement Description:

The candidate will be supporting The Ohio Department of Transportation’s Division of Planning, Office of Technical Services, supporting monitoring aspects of ODOT’s Transportation Asset Management Plan (TAMP) program implementation.

This position will function as a highly skilled CGA with specific responsibilities that include:

• Assists in the creation of program dashboards, which monitor various aspects of TAM program implementation across the agency
• Utilizes Geographic Information Systems (GIS), business intelligence tools, visuals or other tools to create the dashboards needed for communicating program status to stakeholders
• Works with stakeholders and subject matter experts to create requirement documents
• Assists in the development technical objects (tables, views, REST) necessary to support dashboard products
• Collaborates with technical teams to ensure stability of solutions
• Maintains solution documentation
• Performs data analysis as needed
• Adheres to agency data governance and technical development standards

Mandatory Requirements/Time:

4 year college degree or equivalent technical study.
4 years of ArcGIS for Desktop experience
2 years of business intelligence / reporting development
