FCCS is in need of a Kronos Workforce Ready Consultant to help with the implementation of the HR, Performance Management and Talent Acquisition modules within Kronos Workforce Ready. This consultant will need to be knowledgeable in Kronos Workforce Ready and have an HR background. FCCS HR Department would like this consultant to start from the beginning of the project and be onboard through the full implementation of the system. They are estimating that this project will take at least 180 days to implement.
Requirements:
Public sector HR experience is required. FCCS will need this consultant to not only to help navigate the Kronos Workforce Ready implementation but help HR with processes and procedures.
