Job Description:
Technical Writer will be responsible for updating Medicaid policies, writing user documentation for Windows Updates, Marketing new O365 solutions and preparing Metrics for Information Technology Services (ITS). This position will function as a member of the ITS team.
Responsibilities:
• Lead effort to update or create ITS policies
• Work with ITS team to write user documentation
• Work with ITS team to market the adoption of new O365 offerings
• Works closely with business stakeholders to review Ohio Medicaid Enterprise System (OMES) documents
• Other Technical Writer coordination duties as assigned.
• Work with ODM to manage assigned projects from requirements gathering through implementation
• Create, execute, and update all assigned documentation
• Schedule and facilitate meetings with ODM
• At least 7 years’ relevant experience in Technical Writing working on large scale projects with multiple stakeholders in both business and technical projects.
• Information Technology experience, preferred.
