Length of Position: 2080 hrs in FY20 and expected to extend through the duration of the project, which at this point in time is expected to be 2 years, ending June 30, 2021.

Job Description:
ODM is seeking a Process Improvement Specialists responsible for working with public sector process improvement efforts. Candidates will have experience in development of policies and procedure specifically around leveraging technology solutions within the business processes. Knowledge in multiple application development techniques including waterfall and agile to create transparency in the system development processes. Successful candidates will demonstrate technical leadership within the application development or system integration space. Candidates presented this role should have 3 or more years of Process Improvement Specialist experience.
This role will support and work closely with the Project team to:
• Process map Medicaid's Fiscal department workflows
• Develop and implement Ohio Administrative Knowledge System (OAKS) Business Intelligence
(Bl) reports
• Improve federal reporting processes for required reporting to the Centers for Medicare and
Medicaid Services (CMS)
• Produce documentation/job aids
• Expand utilization of existing accounting tools and software
• Perform a review and analysis of the Medicaid cost allocation plan with a specific focus on the 88 counties' cost allocation processes, to identify any potential efficiencies to be gained or
internal controls to be added.
• Review of federal financial participation mapping within Job and Family Services reporting tools, including but not limited to the County Finance Information System (CFIS)

• Support the integration with OAKS business process and interfaces
• Develop and format documentation for fiscal business processes, including but not limited to, accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Establish and present training curriculum (i.e. Excel, Cognos, Tableau)
• Schedule and attend meetings, prepare notes and produce reports
• Extensive experience with macros and pivot tables within Excel is required
