NFP Rate: $34.68
Will close to submissions: Friday 3/8/2019 at 10:00am EST
Interviews: Onsite only.

These are short term assignments tentatively scheduled to start on March 13th and end on May 13th. Preference will be given to local candidates who can start a new project quickly.
The candidate will be responsible to perform the following tasks:
• Provide IT call center support and service to information system users.

• Image computers using Smart Deploy imagining tools.

• Install both network and local printers.

• Maintain security software.

• Use remote tools to both help train and resolve system issues.

• Provide high level of customer service.

• Generate support events (Tool: ServiceNow) tickets for both client services and other IT groups.

Required Skills:

• Microsoft Windows OS 7 and 10 (3 years Required)

• MS Office Suite 2013, Office 2016 Pro Plus (3 years Required)

• SCCM and Active Directory (1 Year Nice to Have)
